Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corp. in Sweetwater, Tennessee, is seeking Entry Level Behavior Assistants and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) for part-time roles with opportunities to grow into full-time positions as caseloads expand.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required, Bachelor's preferred.
• Reliable transportation for local travel is necessary.
• Experience in ABA therapy, childcare, or education is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children with autism using ABA strategies.
• Implement treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Collect data to track client progress.
