Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corp. is seeking an Entry Level Behavior Assistant and Experienced Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) in Jackson, Tennessee. The position offers part-time roles with opportunities to advance as caseloads expand. You will work with children using ABA strategies under supervision and ensure effective communication with families.

Qualifications

• High school diploma is required; a Bachelor’s in Psychology or Education is a plus.
• Reliable transportation is necessary for local travel.
• Experience in ABA therapy or related fields is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children with autism using ABA strategies.
• Implement treatment plans under BCBA supervision.
• Collect and record data on client progress.
• Communicate with families to ensure client success.
• Attend team meetings and training sessions.

Skills

Experience in ABA therapy
