Positive Behavior Supports Corp. is hiring for Entry Level Behavior Assistant and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) roles in Brockton, Massachusetts. Part-time positions are available, with opportunities to grow into full-time based on caseloads. Ideal candidates will work with children with autism under supervision, implement treatment plans, and track client progress.

Qualifications

• High school diploma is mandatory, with a preference for Bachelor's in relevant fields.
• Experience in ABA therapy or related fields is a plus.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and engage clients actively is required.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children with autism using ABA strategies under supervision.
• Implement treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data to track client progress.
