Positive Behavior Supports Corp. is hiring for Entry Level Behavior Assistant and Experienced Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) roles in Grand Ledge, Michigan. These part-time positions offer the chance for growth into full-time roles as caseloads expand.

Successful candidates will work directly with children with autism, implementing treatment plans under the supervision of a BCBA and actively engaging with clients. Qualifications

• High school diploma is required; Bachelor’s in related field is a plus.
• Reliable transportation is mandatory for local travel.
• Ability to actively engage clients and lift up to 50lbs.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children with autism using ABA strategies.
• Implement individualized treatment plans under supervision.
• Collect data to track client progress using specific tools.
• Communicate with families and clinical teams for client success.
