Positive Behavior Supports Corp. is seeking Entry Level Behavior Assistants and Experienced Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) in Grand Ledge, Michigan. The role focuses on 1:1 work with children with autism and requires a high school diploma.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required, with a preference for a Bachelor's in Psychology or Education.
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs and travel locally as needed.
• Experience in ABA therapy or related fields preferred.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children using ABA strategies.
• Implement treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Collect data to track client progress.
