Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corp. is offering entry-level Behavior Assistant and experienced Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) roles in Finksburg, Maryland. These part-time positions have the potential to grow into full-time as caseloads expand. Responsibilities include working 1:1 with children using ABA strategies, implementing treatment plans, and tracking client progress.

The ideal candidates will have a high school diploma and some experience in ABA therapy or childcare. Flexible scheduling and competitive pay, including a quarterly bonus and benefits for those working 30+ hours, are also offered.

Qualifications

• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally (if required).
• Ability to actively engage clients during sessions and lift up to 50lbs.
• All roles subject to local and state requirements related to licensure.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children with autism using ABA strategies.
• Implement individualized treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data to track client progress.
