Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corp. is hiring for Entry Level Behavior Assistant and Experienced Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) roles in Milford Mill, Maryland. The part-time positions allow for growth into full-time as caseloads expand. Responsibilities include working 1:1 with children using ABA strategies, implementing treatment plans, and tracking client progress.

Qualifications

• High school diploma is required; a Bachelor's in Psychology or related field is a plus.
• Reliable transportation is necessary for local travel if required.
• Candidates must be able to engage actively with clients and lift up to 50lbs.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children with autism using ABA strategies under supervision.
• Implement treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data to track client progress.

Skills

Experience in ABA therapy

Childcare experience

Ability to lift up to 50lbs

Education

High school diploma (Bachelor’s in Psychology, Education, or related field a plus)
