Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corp. is hiring for Entry Level Behavior Assistant and Experienced Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) in Clanton, Alabama. The part-time positions provide a pathway to full-time as caseloads expand. You will work 1:1 with children using ABA strategies under a BCBA's supervision while implementing treatment plans and tracking progress.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; Bachelor's in Psychology or Education preferred.
• Must have reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally.
• Must be able to lift up to 50lbs and actively engage clients.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children with autism using ABA strategies.
• Implement individualized treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data to track client progress.
