Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corp. is hiring for part-time Behavior Assistants and Experienced Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT). You will work closely with children with autism, implementing ABA strategies and treatment plans. This role offers a potential pathway to full-time as caseloads grow.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift up to 50lbs and actively engage clients.
• Experience in childcare or related field is a plus.
• All roles subject to licensure and certification requirements.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children with autism using ABA strategies.
• Implement treatment plans designed by BCBA.
• Collect and record data on client progress.
