Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corp. is offering part-time Entry Level Behavior Assistant and Experienced Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) roles in Alpharetta, Georgia. This position includes working 1:1 with children with autism using ABA strategies while under the supervision of a BCBA. Opportunities for full-time positions will grow as caseloads expand.

We prioritize work-life balance with flexible scheduling, competitive pay with annual raises, and a $500 quarterly bonus for those averaging 25 hours a week. Comprehensive benefits are available for those working 30+ hours per week.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; Bachelor's in Psychology or related field is preferred.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally if required.
• Ability to engage clients, lift up to 50lbs, and move unassisted.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children with autism using ABA strategies under supervision.
• Implement individualized treatment plans and collect data on client progress.
• Communicate with families and participate in ongoing training.
