Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma; college degree preferred.
• Experience with ABA therapy or related fields is a plus.
• Willingness to travel locally as required.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children with autism using ABA strategies.
• Implement treatment plans developed by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data to track client progress.
• Communicate effectively with families and teams.
• Attend scheduled supervisions and training sessions.

Skills

Experience in ABA therapy

Childcare or education experience

Reliable transportation

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs

Education

High school diploma

Bachelor’s in Psychology, Education, or related field
