Positive Behavior Supports Corp. is hiring Entry Level Behavior Assistants in Woodway, Texas. The role offers part-time positions with potential growth into full-time as caseloads expand. You will work directly with children using ABA strategies, implementing treatment plans and tracking progress.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree in related field is a plus.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel locally.
• Ability to engage clients and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children with autism using ABA strategies.
• Implement treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data to track progress.
• Communicate with families and clinical teams.
• Attend scheduled supervisions and ongoing training.
