Positive Behavior Supports Corp. is hiring for Entry Level Behavior Assistants in Pasadena, Texas. The roles offer part-time opportunities with potential for full-time growth as caseloads expand. Ideal candidates will engage in ABA therapy with children on a 1:1 basis, following supervised treatment plans.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; Bachelor's in Psychology or related field is a plus.
• Experience in ABA therapy, childcare, or education is preferred.
• Must be able to engage clients and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children with autism using ABA strategies.
• Implement individualized treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data to track client progress.
