Qualifications

• High school diploma required; Bachelor's in related field preferred.
• Experience in ABA therapy or related field is advantageous.
• Ability to lift children and engage actively during sessions.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children with autism using ABA strategies.
• Implement plans designed by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data on client progress.
• Communicate with families to ensure client success.
• Attend scheduled meetings and training.

Skills

Experience in ABA therapy

Education
