Positive Behavior Supports Corp. is seeking Entry Level Behavior Assistants and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) in Brownwood, Texas. Part-time positions with potential for full-time as caseloads expand. Ideal candidates will work directly with children with autism, implementing individualized ABA treatment plans under supervision.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; Bachelor's in Psychology or related is a plus.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally if required.
• Ability to engage clients actively and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children with autism using ABA strategies.
• Implement treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data on client progress.
• Communicate effectively with families and clinical teams.
• Attend scheduled supervisions and ongoing training.
