Positive Behavior Supports Corp. is hiring for Entry Level Behavior Assistants and Experienced Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) in Oxnard, California. Qualifications

• High school diploma required, Bachelor's in related field is a plus.
• Experience in ABA therapy, childcare, or education preferred.
• Must have reliable transportation and ability to engage clients.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children using ABA strategies.
• Implement individualized treatment plans.
• Collect and record client progress data.
• Communicate with families for client success.
• Attend scheduled supervisions and training.
