Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corp. (PBS) seeks Entry Level Behavior Assistants and Experienced RBTs to support children with autism in home, school, and community settings. Roles provide training to become an RBT and opportunities for career growth.

Flexible schedules and competitive pay with quarterly bonuses are offered. Eligible staff receive paid sick time, holiday pay, and 401(k) matching, plus up to 3% company match. Travel reimbursement applies where applicable.

Qualifications

• Experience in ABA therapy, childcare, education, or related field is a plus.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally if required.
• Ability to engage clients during sessions and lift up to 50lbs.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children with autism using ABA strategies under BCBA supervision.
• Implement individualized treatment plans designed by BCBA.
• Collect and record data to track client progress using PBS tools.
• Communicate with families and clinical teams to ensure client success.
• Attend scheduled supervisions, team meetings and ongoing training.
