Positive Behavior Supports Corp. is hiring Entry Level Behavior Assistants for part-time positions in Tennessee, with the chance to grow into full-time roles. You'll work individually with children using ABA strategies under the supervision of a BCBA, implementing treatment plans and tracking client progress.

Qualifications

• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally (if required).
• Ability to actively engage clients during sessions and lift up to 50lbs.
• All roles subject to local and state requirements related to licensure.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children with autism using ABA strategies.
• Implement individualized treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data to track client progress.
