Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corp. is looking for Entry Level Behavior Assistants and Experienced Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) to provide individualized support to children with autism. You will implement ABA strategies, collect data on client progress, and work closely with families and clinical teams.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; bachelor's degree preferred.
• Reliable transportation is necessary for local travel.
• Experience in ABA therapy, education, or childcare is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children with autism using ABA strategies.
• Implement individualized treatment plans under supervision.
• Collect and record data to track client progress.
