Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corp. is hiring for Entry Level Behavior Assistant and Experienced Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) roles. These part‑time positions offer the potential to transition into full‑time roles as caseloads expand. You'll work closely with children with autism using ABA strategies, implement therapy plans, and record data to monitor progress.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; Bachelor’s in Psychology, Education, or related field a plus.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally, if required.
• Ability to engage clients actively during sessions and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children with autism using ABA strategies under supervision.
• Implement individualized treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Collect data to track client progress using PBS tracking tools.
• Communicate with families to ensure client success.
• Attend supervisions and ongoing training.
