Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corp. is currently hiring for Entry Level Behavior Assistant and Experienced Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) roles in Cypress, California. Qualifications

• High school diploma required; Bachelor's in relevant field preferred.
• Reliable transportation for local travel if necessary.
• Ability to engage clients actively during sessions.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children using ABA strategies under BCBA supervision.
• Implement individualized treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data to track client progress.

Skills

Experience in ABA therapy

Childcare experience

Engagement abilities with children

Education

High school diploma (Bachelor’s in Psychology or Education preferred)
