Job summary

Carelinks ABA LLC is seeking a BCBA to lead clinical services in homes and community settings in Albuquerque. You will oversee treatment plans, mentor RBTs, and partner with families to create meaningful, practical change with a child-centered approach.

This full-time BCBA position emphasizes ethical practice, collaborative teamwork, and flexible service delivery options, including in-home, community, and hybrid models, to support families and ensure consistent care.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification.
• Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field.
• Strong communication, organization, and follow-through.
• Ability to work independently while staying connected to the team.
• Reliable transportation for in-home/community sessions.

Responsibilities

• Complete FBAs and skills assessments.
• Develop and update individualized treatment plans.
• Review data and adjust programming as needed.
• Document session notes, reports, and supervision in CentralReach.
• Provide coaching, modeling, and feedback to RBTs.
• Collaborate with caregivers, schools, and outside providers.
• Participate in team meetings and ongoing clinical development.
• Ensure services meet ethical and payer standards.
• Maintain 25 direct billable hours per week (for full-time employment).
