Job summary

Perfect Pair ABA seeks a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to mentor RBTs and design evidence-based programming for clients served in home settings across New Mexico. You will guide families and coordinate with other providers to ensure effective outcomes.

The role emphasizes clinical excellence, strong team collaboration, and a healthy work-life balance with flexible hybrid work options and ongoing professional development.

Qualifications

• Hold an active BCBA credential through the BACB.
• Maintain an active state license (LBA) as required by location.
• Master’s or Doctorate in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field.
• Active CPR/First Aid certification preferred before start date.
• Ability to complete and pass a background check.
• Excellent interpersonal and professional communication skills across formats.
• Reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license for commuting to clients’ homes.

Responsibilities

• Support RBTs with mentorship, guidance, communication, and supervision.
• Design a thoughtful, evidence-based programming hierarchy reflecting client data and progress.
• Provide ongoing support for families to navigate successful programming outcomes.
• Collaborate with other service providers to enhance client experiences.
• Foster a culture of collaboration and positivity within the team.
