Job summary

Brennan Behavior Group has immediate opportunities for experienced Board Certified Behavior Analysts and/or Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analysts interested in working with clients aged 7-18 years in the clinical setting, to join our behavioral intervention team of BCBAs, BCaBAs, RBTs, Clinical Psychologists, and Social Workers.

Qualifications

• Current BCBA/BCaBA certification.
• Licensed as a Behavior Analyst in Louisiana or license eligible.
• At least 1 year of ABA experience implementing interventions or supervising programs.
• Experience training parents and instructors.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; collaborative leader.
• Strong organizational skills for multiple projects.
• Knowledge of DTT, VB, NET.
• Experience conducting VB-MAPP, Vineland, ABLLS, FBA, MOTAS assessments.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement behavior programs that are effective and individualized for each learner.
• Supervise Registered Behavior Technicians working one-on-one with learners.
• Conduct Functional Behavioral Assessments and Behavior Intervention Plans.
• Create and provide behavior-related trainings to parents and staff.
