Storybook ABA is seeking a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to lead supervision and parent training, while coordinating with the back office for clear communication. You will create, monitor, and update instructional programs across language, social, and communication domains and implement comprehensive behavior plans.

The role offers flexible scheduling and opportunities for bonus performance, with compensation in the range of $90 to $100 per hour.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in behavior analysis, psychology, or related field is required.
• BCBA certification is mandatory.
• Experience with children, especially autism or developmental disabilities, is desirable.
• Data collection and behavioral therapy techniques are essential.
• Familiarity with special education frameworks and behavioral health practices is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills to interact with clients, families, and interdisciplinary teams.
