Storybook ABA in Maryland is seeking a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst/BCBA to supervise and train parents while developing and updating instructional programs across language, social, and communication domains.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in behavior analysis, psychology, or related field required.
• BCBA certification mandatory.
• Experience with children, especially autism or developmental disabilities, highly desirable.
• Data collection and behavioral therapy techniques essential.
• Familiarity with special education frameworks and behavioral health practices a plus.
• Excellent communication with clients, families, and teams.
