Storybook ABA in Maryland is seeking a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to supervise and train families while developing and updating instructional programs across language, social, and communication domains.

You will implement and monitor behavior plans, collaborate with the back office for clear communication, and engage with interdisciplinary teams to support clients with autism and related disabilities.

Qualifications

• A master's degree in behavior analysis or related field is required.
• BCBA certification is mandatory.
• Experience with autism or developmental disabilities is desirable.
• Data collection and behavioral therapy techniques are essential.
• Familiarity with special education frameworks and behavioral health practices is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills to interact with clients, families, and teams.
