Positive Behavior Support Corp. (PBS) is seeking a compassionate BCBA/BCaBA to join a mission-driven ABA team.

You will design and oversee individualized behavior plans, supervise staff, and deliver high-quality services to families. Qualifications

• Active BCBA or BCaBA certification in good standing with the BACB.
• Related degree required.
• Experience in developing behavior intervention plans.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to travel to client locations.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Engage with clients on the floor and adapt activities to needs.

Responsibilities

• Conduct FBAs and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide supervision and training to team members.
• Implement ABA programs in home, school, or community settings.
• Collaborate with families and professionals to support progress.
• Analyze data and adjust plans to ensure client success.
• Ensure compliance with BACB ethics and PBS policies.
