Positive Behavior Support Corp. (PBS) is seeking a compassionate BCBA/BCaBA to join our mission-driven team delivering ethical, person-centered ABA services. You will design, supervise, and mentor staff while ensuring high-quality client outcomes.

Qualifications

• Must hold an active BCBA or BCaBA certification with BACB.
• Experience in developing and implementing behavior intervention plans.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel to client locations.
• Ability to engage with clients, sit on the floor, and assist with physical tasks.

Responsabilités

• Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide supervision and training to team members and stakeholders.
• Implement and oversee ABA therapy programs in home, school, or community settings.
• Collaborate with families and other professionals to support progress.
• Analyze data to monitor outcomes and adjust plans while ensuring BACB ethics.
