Positive Behavior Support Corp. (PBS) seeks a compassionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our mission-driven team. You will design and oversee ABA programs, supervise RBTs and analysts, and collaborate with families to deliver high-quality services.

The role emphasizes ethical practice, data-driven plans, and mentoring junior staff across home, school, and community settings. Flexible scheduling and growth opportunities are offered.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA or BCaBA certification in good standing with BACB
• Related degree required; local/state licensure rules apply
• Experience developing and implementing behavior intervention plans
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Reliable transportation and travel to client locations
• Ability to engage with clients (sit on floor, assist to stand, lift up to 50 lbs)
• Create PBS-based systems meeting needs of individuals, families and orgs
• Develop an organization that attracts competent, enthusiastic professionals
