Qualifications

Active BCBA or BCaBA certification in good standing with BACB.
Experience developing and implementing behavior intervention plans.
Ability to supervise and mentor staff and collaborate with families.

Responsibilities

Conduct FBAs and develop individualized treatment plans.
Provide supervision and training to team members and stakeholders.
Implement ABA therapy programs in home, school, or community settings.
Collaborate with families and professionals to support client progress.
Analyze data to monitor outcomes and adjust plans.
Ensure compliance with BACB ethics and PBS policies.
