Positive Behavior Supports Corp. (PBS) is seeking a compassionate BCBA/BCaBA to join our mission-driven team delivering high-quality ABA services. You will design and oversee behavior intervention plans, supervise staff, and coordinate with families to support meaningful client progress.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA or BCaBA certification in good standing with the BACB.
• Experience developing and implementing behavior intervention plans.
• Ability to supervise Behavior Analysts, RBTs and support staff.

Responsibilities

• Conduct FBAs and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide supervision and training to team members and stakeholders.
• Implement ABA therapy programs in home, school, or community settings.
• Collaborate with families and professionals to support progress.
• Analyze data to monitor outcomes and adjust plans.
• Ensure adherence to BACB ethics and PBS policies.
