Job summary

Positive Behavior Support Corp. (PBS) seeks a compassionate BCBA/BCaBA to lead behavioral services across home, school, and community settings. You will supervise staff, design and oversee treatment plans, and collaborate with families to achieve meaningful, lasting change.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA or BCaBA certification in good standing with BACB.
• Related degree required and licensure/certification as applicable per state.
• Experience in developing and implementing behavior intervention plans.

Responsibilities

• Conduct FBAs and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide supervision and training to team members and caregivers.
• Implement and oversee ABA programs across settings to promote skill acquisition.
• Collaborate with families and other professionals to support progress.
• Analyze data to monitor outcomes and adjust plans.
• Ensure adherence to BACB ethics and PBS policies.
