Job summary

Central Bank of St. Louis is seeking a Flexible Banker to provide service and operational support across branch locations. This role covers teller transactions, account openings, deposits, and relationship-building with customers, while supporting training and branch projects.

You will travel between branches as needed to assist staffing and operations, adhering to bank policies and security procedures. Strong communication and attention to detail are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in teller, personal banker, or retail banking preferred.
• Cash handling and customer service experience preferred.
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to adapt to new environments and teams.
• Ability to work independently while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
• Working knowledge of banking products and retail banking operations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide coverage at assigned branch locations.
• Perform teller transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Open, maintain, and service consumer and commercial deposit accounts.
• Process account maintenance requests and prepare required documentation.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and identify opportunities to deepen customer relationships through referrals of Bank products and services.
• Meet or exceed sales, referral, service, and performance goals.
• Maintain a thorough knowledge of teller operations, account opening procedures, banking systems, and retail banking products and services.
• Travel to and work from various branch locations to support staffing and operational needs.
