Job summary

Curana Health is seeking a physician to deliver high-quality, person-centered care across skilled nursing facilities and senior living communities. You will lead clinical care, mentor APPs, and champion residents' needs with a flexible schedule that supports autonomy and work-life balance.

Qualifications

• MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school.
• Board Certified in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, Geriatrics, or Hospital Medicine.
• Current unrestricted license to practice medicine in the state of employment.
• Active DEA License.
• Proficiency with EMR systems.
• Compassionate, motivated, and a strong collaborator.

Responsibilities

• Provide history and physicals on new patients and conduct routine rounding at least weekly.
• Partner with APPs to manage regulatory and complex visits with clinical excellence.
• Oversee APP performance and mentor care delivery across the team.
• Close quality gaps and drive improvements in patient outcomes.
• Advocate for patients and represent Curana Health's mission in communities.
• Travel to and between facilities as required.
