Job summary

DwyerOmega in Grandview, MO is hiring Flexible Assemblers at levels II and III. This full-time role offers a clear progression path from entry-level to advanced assembly and leadership tasks.

You will read engineering prints, perform bench assembly, calibrations, and final inspections, while adhering to safety and quality standards. Starting pay ranges per level are Level II at $17.93/hour and Level III at $19.52/hour, with a transparent range up to $22.01/hour.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required; Level III–IV preferred.
• Experience in assembly/manufacturing environment.
• Ability to read engineering prints and use inspection tools.
• Calibrations and final inspections experience valued for Level III.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment.
• Follow shop safety procedures and use required safety equipment.
• Read and interpret engineering prints and specifications.
• Perform bench assembly per customer specs and production demands.
• Record production and quality data; meet schedule targets.
