Givens Talent is seeking dependable Event Servers for weddings, corporate events, banquets, and private parties in the Richmond area. This as-needed work offers flexible scheduling and weekly pay, with shifts based on upcoming events.

Ideal candidates have hospitality or customer service experience, a professional demeanor, and reliable transportation to event locations throughout the Richmond area. Evening and weekend availability is appreciated.

Qualifications

• Banquet, catering, restaurant, hospitality, or customer service experience preferred.
• Dependable and able to arrive on time for scheduled events.
• Friendly and comfortable interacting with guests.
• Able to work well in a fast-paced, team environment.
• Availability for some evenings and weekends.
• Reliable transportation to event locations throughout the Richmond area.
• Professional appearance and attitude.

Responsibilities

• Assist with event setup, including tables, dining areas, buffets, and beverage stations.
• Greet guests and provide friendly, professional service.
• Serve food and beverages during catered events and functions.
• Keep tables and guest areas clean and organized throughout the event.
• Clear plates, glassware, and other service items.
• Replenish beverages, utensils, food stations, and supplies as needed.
• Assist with breakdown and cleanup at the end of the event.
• Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines.
• Work with event captains and other team members to keep service running smoothly.
