Job summary

Givens Talent seeks experienced Full-Service Catering Bartenders to work catered functions, corporate events, private events, and special occasions in the Richmond area. You will confidently manage a full-service bar, prepare cocktails, and provide professional service in a fast-paced event setting.

This as-needed, event-based work is not a regular full-time or part-time position. Shifts depend on upcoming events, staffing needs, and opportunities to pick up additional shifts.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year of bartending experience.
• Experience with full-service bar and cocktails.
• Hospitality background preferred (catering, banquet, hotel).

Responsibilities

• Set up a full-service bar station before events.
• Prepare cocktails, beer, wine, and non-alcoholic drinks.
• Follow standard recipes and proper pouring.
• Provide professional guest service in fast-paced events.
• Break down and clean bar area after events.
• Coordinate with event staff during service.
• Handle cash or card payments when required.
