Job summary

Circle Care Services provides compassionate ABA therapy for children with autism. As an RBT, you will work one-on-one with children in home, school, or clinic settings under a supervising BCBA, implementing ABA programs crafted by the team.

We offer flexible scheduling, supportive supervision, and opportunities to grow in ABA and behavioral health. Competitive pay ranges from $25–$30 per hour, with part-time hours available.

Qualifications

• Active RBT Certification required.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 18 years old.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license.
• Organized, dependable, and open to feedback.
• Interest in behavioral health.

Responsibilities

• Provide ABA therapy under BCBA supervision.
• Follow treatment and behavior intervention plans.
• Collect and track session data.
• Support skill development and promote positive behavior.
• Share progress with your clinical team.
