Job summary

Links-Aba-Therapy- is hiring a Behavior Technician (BT/RBT) to deliver 1:1 ABA therapy in home settings for children with autism. You will help build communication, social, and independence skills under supervision.

Training is provided with ongoing supervision from experienced BCBAs. Part-time shifts are offered, mostly afternoons/evenings, with flexible scheduling and benefits for eligible employees.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; college coursework in psychology, education, or related field is a plus.
• Reliable transportation is required.
• Availability for after-school hours and/or weekends preferred.
• Experience and passion for helping children and families.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct ABA therapy to children with autism in home settings.
• Collect data on treatment goals during each session.
• Collaborate with a supervising BCBA to implement behavior plans.
• Support families by sharing strategies and progress updates.
