Job summary

Links ABA Therapy, LLC in New Jersey is seeking a part-time Behavior Technician (BT/RBT) to provide 1:1 ABA therapy in home settings for children with autism. You will help build communication, social, and independence skills while receiving hands-on training from a supervising BCBA.

You’ll collect data during sessions, implement behavior plans under supervision, and support families with practical strategies and progress updates.

Qualifications

• Experience in delivering ABA therapy and collecting progress data.
• Comfortable working in home settings with children.
• Ability to collaborate with supervising BCBA.
• Reliable transportation and punctuality required.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct ABA therapy to children with autism (training provided).
• Collect data on treatment goals during each session.
