Job summary

Total Care ABA in Williamsburg, VA is hiring Behavior Technicians (BT) and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) to work one-on-one with children in home and school settings. You'll implement BCBA-designed treatments, help children build communication, social, and daily living skills, and collect progress data.

No ABA experience? We provide paid training and ongoing support to help you grow in behavioral health while enjoying flexible scheduling and a supportive team.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Reliable transportation to travel locally.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience working with children preferred.
• ABA experience preferred but not required.
• RBT certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized ABA therapy to children in-home and in-school settings.
• Implement treatment plans developed by a BCBA.
• Teach communication, social, play, behavioral, and daily living skills.
• Collect and accurately record client progress data.
• Encourage positive behaviors through evidence-based interventions.
• Partner with families and clinical team members to support each child's success.
• Travel locally to client homes and community settings as needed.
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development.
• Help children achieve meaningful goals and celebrate every milestone.
