Job summary

Total Care ABA is seeking a Behavior Technician (BT) or Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide targeted ABA therapy in-home and in-school settings across Virginia. You will work under a BCBA, helping children develop communication, social, and daily living skills while tracking progress and outcomes. No ABA experience?

Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED required or equivalent.
Reliable transportation and ability to travel locally.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
ABA experience preferred but not required; RBT certification preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children in-home and in-school settings.
Implement treatment plans developed by a BCBA.
Teach communication, social, play, behavioral, and daily living skills.
Collect and record client progress data.
Travel locally to client homes and community settings as needed.
Participate in ongoing training and professional development.
