Total Care ABA is hiring Behavior Technicians (BT) and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) in Richmond, VA. Earn $18-24/hour with paid training and flexible scheduling.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel locally are required.
• ABA experience is preferred but not required.
• RBT certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children in-home or in-school settings under BCBA supervision.
• Implement treatment plans developed by a BCBA.
• Teach communication, social, play, behavioral, and daily living skills.
• Record client progress data accurately.
• Collaborate with families and clinical team to support each child's success.
• Travel locally to client homes and community settings as needed.
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development.
