Job summary

Circle Care Services provides compassionate ABA therapy for children on the autism spectrum. As a Behavior Technician or RBT, you will work one-on-one with kids in home, school, or clinic settings, implementing ABA programs under supervision by a BCBA.

We offer flexible scheduling, supportive supervision, and competitive pay. We’ll help you grow in ABA and behavioral health and assist with RBT certification if needed.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license.
• Willingness to complete RBT certification if not yet certified.
• Interest in behavioral health and supporting children.

Responsibilities

• Provide ABA therapy under BCBA supervision.
• Follow treatment and behavior intervention plans.
• Collect and track session data.
• Support skill development and promote positive behavior.
• Share progress with the clinical team.
• Engage with children in home, school, or clinic settings as needed.
