Job summary

Heartlinks ABA in Georgia is seeking caring individuals to provide Applied Behavior Analysis services to children in-home and in the community under supervision of a BCBA.

This part-time role offers a flexible schedule (15–20 hours/week), PTO/sick time for hourly staff, opportunities for advancement, BCBA supervision, and potential overtime for RBT certification, with the chance to make a meaningful impact in a child’s learning and daily living skills.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old and have a high school diploma.
• Must have an active RBT certification from the BACB website.
• Pass a criminal background check.
• Consistent, reliable transportation and driver’s license.
• Experience working with children preferably with developmental disabilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide ABA services to children in-home and community settings under the supervision of a BCBA.
• Implement ABA therapy programs designed by the BCBA.
• Teach skills that allow the kiddos to meet their functional goals and needs
• Complete progress notes in our data collection system
• Ensure smooth and consistent implementation of behavior plans by actively collaborating with the families
