Job summary

Circle Care Services is seeking a Behavior Technician or Registered Behavior Technician to work one-on-one with children in home, school, or clinic settings. You will implement ABA programs designed by a supervising BCBA, under BCBA supervision.

Responsibilities include collecting data, following plans, and promoting positive behavior. We offer flexible scheduling, supportive supervision, and opportunities to grow in ABA and behavioral health, with support to obtain RBT certification if needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• 18 years or older.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Provide ABA therapy under BCBA supervision.
• Follow treatment and behavior intervention plans.
• Collect and track session data.
• Support skill development and promote positive behavior.
• Share progress with the clinical team.
