Job summary

Circle Care Services is seeking a motivated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide one-on-one ABA therapy in home, school, or clinic settings. You will implement programs designed by a supervising BCBA and collect session data to track progress.

Flexible afternoon hours, supportive supervision, and opportunities to grow in ABA and behavioral health are offered. A valid RBT certification and a high school diploma are required.

Qualifications

• Active RBT Certification required.
• High school diploma required.
• At least 18 years old.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license.
• Organized, dependable, and open to feedback.
• Interest in behavioral health.

Responsibilities

• Provide ABA therapy under BCBA supervision.
• Follow treatment and behavior intervention plans.
• Collect and track session data.
• Support skill development and promote positive behavior.
• Share progress with your clinical team.
