Job summary

Circle Care Services provides compassionate ABA therapy for children on the autism spectrum. You will work one-on-one with children in home, school, or clinic settings, implementing ABA programs designed by a supervising BCBA.

We offer flexible scheduling, supportive supervision, and opportunities to grow in ABA and behavioral health, with help to complete your RBT certification if needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• At least 18 years old.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license.
• Willingness to complete RBT certification if not already certified.

Responsibilities

• Provide ABA therapy under supervision.
• Follow treatment and behavior intervention plans.
• Collect and track session data.
• Support skill development and promote positive behavior.
• Share progress with the clinical team.
• Previous nanny/teacher paraprofessional experience is a plus.
