Whetheryou’realready certified or working toward your RBT credential,we’llhelp you grow your skills and build a meaningful career in ABA andbehavioralhealth. As aBehaviorTechnician or RegisteredBehaviorTechnician (RBT), you will work one‑on‑one with children in home, school, or clinic settings, implementing ABA

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Interest in behavioral health and helping children.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
• Willingness to complete RBT certification if not certified.
• Organized and dependable with openness to feedback.

Responsibilities

• Provide ABA therapy under BCBA supervision.
• Follow treatment and behavior intervention plans.
• Collect and track session data.
• Support skill development and promote positive behavior.
• Share progress with the clinical team.
• Experience as nanny, babysitter, teacher, or paraprofessional is a plus.
